Prior to heading to Val-d'Or last season, Bibeau posted an 8-16 record with the Islanders, along with a 3.29 goals against average and a 0.911 save percentage.

In two and half seasons in Charlottetown, Bibeau posted a combined 43-40 win-loss record in 101 games and a 3.52 goals against average and a 0.896 save percentage.

Bibeau was selected by Toronto in the sixth round, 172nd overall, in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He was signed to a three-year, entry-level contract by the Leafs last month.
