The Charlottetown Islanders recently acquired forward Quinn O'Brien from the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies on Friday, but we don't know too much about him.

Minor hockey:
O'Brien played with the Gainteau L'Intrepide in 2010-11 and 2011-12. He scored one goal and seven points in 39 games in 2010-11 before scoring six goals and 13 points in 26 games the following season.

O'Brien will make his Islanders debut Sunday Dec. 28, 2014 when the Islanders host the Acadie-Bathurst Titan at 3 p.m. AST.
