Handful of Islanders make NHL CSS Players to Watch list

Five Charlottetown Islanders players have been named in the NHL CSS Preliminary 2015 Players to Watch list, which was released today.

Forwards Daniel Sprong and Filip Chlapik have an A rating which indicates candidates who could be chosen in the first round.

Chlapik currently leads the Islanders in scoring through four games with three goals and seven points.

Defenceman David Henley has a B rating which indicates candidates who could be chosen in the second or third rounds.

Lastly, forwards Kameron Kielly and Alexandre Goulet have a C rating which indicates candidates who could be chosen in the fourth to sixth rounds.

Chlapik and Sprong are two of five QMJHL players with an A rating. The other three are Quebec Remparts goalie Callum Booth, Sea Dogs defenceman Jakub Zboril and Chicoutimi's Nicolas Roy.
